Work package 4 List of Specific Profiles and Skills (Subsectors)

WP4 will look at identifying more specific occupations and skills, focusing on those which with a higher relevance and considered of priority need by the industry and workers.

Based on the outcomes of previous work packages and based on the opinion of HR and Innovation Departments experts and by workers representatives, the consortium will select the occupations and skills identified as a priority. These will include “traditional” occupations highly demanded in the sector which may require new skills but also new occupational profiles that may be arising with the implementation of the so-called Shipyard 4.0 technologies.

The results will always be enriched and validated by the European Social Dialogue Committee for Shipbuilding and other key sectoral experts.
