Work package 7 Quality Assurance and Risk Management

WP7 will develop the project Quality Assurance Guidelines and Risk Management Plan that will draw the framework for development of USWE. Regularly, the degree of fulfilment of objectives and a set of most relevant processes will be monitored. Based on a Map of Processes, the guidelines will cover the quality assurance whole cycle. (planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting) they will set the principles, policy, approach, methodology, procedures and tools to make sure that USWE meet the quality requirements expected by stakeholders. Deeping into one of the procedures, risks management, specific attention will be put on the monitoring of potential risks for the project too.
